I’m in Ada every few months and this is the only place I’ll stay. I get the best value for my dollar. It’s not fancy but the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and they do their best to make your stay comfortable. AND they have the best donuts in town.

This is my favorite place to stay for value and now they’ve added a donut shop on property! Close to shopping, movies, restaurants and a couple of bars to drink/unwind. Very friendly staff.

Never again!! They gave us a dirty room that still had poop in the toilet, unmade dirty bed, dirty floors. They did give us a new room, it was clean but it stunk of mold and old dirty carpet, one of beds bedding had old blood stains on it and our neighbors had dogs who barked allnight!!

After I checked in and went to my room I was very disappointed because the room and area did not look as the photos online. False advertising and the bed had hair in it, looked as if someone has been in the bed the bathroom tub was dirty and smelled. I asked for a refund and found another hotel.
The staff on duty was helpful and very welcoming but this hotel is falling apart. The awning at the front was in disrepair.

I have been in hiteks across the US for many years and found this one is rare for a hitel in the price range. Older hotel room, but had everything and more you need for a room. The most common being microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. But it had extras which makes it stand out. The TV had options to hookup to your Netflix and Vudo account, so you can watch movies without commercials. The room had an iron and ironing board to help make you look share for any soecial event you have planned. A doughnut shop literary in the same building for a quick breakfast. A heater that actually HEATs the room fairly quickly. Fast check in as the night auditor used my information i pre-checked the room with through *******. I didn't have to get everything out of my walket to prove it was me. Just a quick glance at my license and sign one puece of paper and i was checked in. Only complaint is the matress is rather hard. But for many that is a plus. Most importantly it is quiet, considering just off a main artery.

Room 134 heater doesn’t work.
Room 120 shower/tub fixture leaked to the point it was under the bathtub. You could feel it squishing under the tub.
Overall the breakfast was good and the facilities were kept clean.
