They have unlimited water, soda and constant refreshments. Since there was no extra bed to give to the room, they transferred us to a larger room. They tried to respond to the demands as much as they could.

Very disappointing stay . Air conditioning is not working its april already im staying there now im fasting and suppose to rest at hotel but im sweating and i tried to call all people here at reception no body helped. Problem that i will be stuck here until end of the week cause of work .

Location and cleanliness are very good. The breakfast is excellent. It has a menu that is not available in many hotels. I would like to thank Mr. Emir at the reception. I can say that it is the best hotel to stay in Sakarya. All hotel staff are very helpful
