We travelled with a 96 yr old. They changed our unit to suit, held a 2nd unit in case needed, received wheelchair nd toilet seat raiser nd delivered to our unit ready for our arrival.
Although a later checkin we were greeted to ensure the unit would be suitable.
Everything was clean and in working order. All requests by us were cheerfully and promptly met.
We will not hesitate to stay again.
