I was on fourth floor the room I did shower room one door was missing that means the slide door was not in the room when I take a shower speed a lot the water everywhere and another thing of mosquito inside the room

We had a plan to organize our wedding this November at hotel but due to personal circumstances we are forced to re-arrange the programme and reduce the number of participants from 170 to 100. However, the Marketing manager gave us such a blunt response that this isn't possible. There is nothing in our agreement that prevents reducing the number of participants but the managers unwillingness gives a sense that this isn't the kind of hotel you want to deal with! Be careful of them!

I stayed there for one night. The check in was comprised of a good evening and this is your key. No welcome information, such where is the restaurant, meal times, wi fi passwords, etc. The first room was not ready! Still dirty form the previous guest. Then I went back to the reception. The second one was ready, I entered. After opening all my stuff I went to the dinner. No menu, nothing written. You have no idea what are you eating. For drink: only water, if you ask for. When I came back to the room, the key did not open. I went back to the reception and the manager came with me and opened the room. I asked: my key is working properly now? His answer: no. Whenever you need to enter, you go to the reception and I come her with the master key... So, overall it looked like a very amateur service.
