A estadia no hotel foi boa, tive um momento muito agradável e confortável, porém o único que acho requerer melhoria são os níveis de segurança e cuidados do pessoal técnico, pois alguém pegou a minha mochila talvez por erro, deixando-me um pouco assustado num dado momento, mas que acabou por ser resolvido. Portanto, recomendo os serviços do hotel por ser um local ideal para passar momentos agradáveis.

Dirty room with stained beddings that appear not to have been changed. Terrible customer service. I was booked there by Ethiopian Airlines while on transit. There was no hot water in the morning. Never again.

Elevators are scary noisy when moving you will feel like you may die. I got stuck in it as did several orther people at different times of day and the call button does not work so you must scream and slam on the door. They generally don’t work and I was advised to not go in them. For food they ask you what you want without giving a menu. How am I supposed to know what to have if I don’t know what you have. Food was also poor. Ex: omelette and toast no jam no butter, can I have jam ? No we don’t have. They call reception everytime you ask for more food which was annoying as it slowed everything down. Lunch was a plate of rice. Rooms are crafty and cold but huge my shower didn’t work. The doors are keyed and my key was constantly stuck. The room was heavily water damaged swollen wood floors and seems like it hasn’t been maintained since 1992. Tub leaks toilet leaks. Only go here if you are on layover prepaid by your airline and don’t be here long. You can here a peanut crack on the street from the 6th floor. The people who work there are nice but this hotel needs SERIOUS work. It looks like it used to be really nice but is extremely run down.
