Shabby. We were put here by Ethiopian Air because of a connection change. People tried to be helpful, but the facility is in bad shape and not well maintained. Located far from the airport to be an airport hotel. 15 drive here at 11 at night. Taking us back to the airport at 6.30 am for a 10 o'clock flight because "traffic is bad". Would not return.

The Worst hotel in Addis Ababa I've ever seen. Very bad. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. There is always system failure. Elevator seems like falling. Room smart card not work properly. Customer service is not good.

The front desk employees and the manager are the worst i ever seen. The rooms are bad and no hot water in the room to shower. Food is bad. They advertise that they have a shuttle but they don't send any one to pick you up from the airport. I had to pay money and take a taxi to the hotel where i stayed only 1 day. Wat a disgusting place and managers. I don't know how this hotel got 4 star!

Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. It was a convenient place to stay for work with a good restaurant and cafe in the hotel and plenty of places to eat nearby.
