I mostly come to best western plus friday and Saturdays, super enjoyable Live Band with great variety of musician, Best service once you visit this place when you visit the 2day time all staffs will treat you as one of family memeber with Care. Last saturday i enjoyed Mesay teferas performance and The manager with grace called Chalechiw if spell it correctly i mate him around the entrance He has amaizing eyes to make sure everyone is get the service, assigning teams, I 100% recommend this place to take care your weekend.

I have stayed at Cassiopeia for five weeks. Compared to many four - and five-star hotels I stayed at in Addis Ababa, I would rank Cassiopeia top on my list when it comes to comfort, most amazingly friendly staff, and the overall environment. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. If there is any issue, just call the front desk. You will be surprised by the speed they take care of things. Above everything else, their politeness is amazing. I have to express my special thanks to the manager, Alaye. He is the most humble and friendly person. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. If you prefer something else, just tell the staff at the kitchen and they will gladly get it for you. The chef is another amazing and pleasant person, and he always offers to make you omelets. And when you say yes, his face brightens with happiness. Note that there is no swimming pool or spa. However, there is a small gym on the sixth floor, with well planned machines, and I used it almost on a daily basis. Thank you all for making my stay comfortable and memorable.

I stayed here for almost a month. First week experience was unfortunate as I had to do quarantine for 7 days and the room was uncomfortable. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been at all. The window had no light which made it very hard to work online, especially when you have meetings and daily video meetings. The room was very very cold and no heaters. Some of the lamps didn’t work either, the lightning could be improved. This affected my work The construction opposite the window was quite creepy as it stole all the natural light away and it looks quite scary. During the first week, I was told different information by different staff which was confusing. Unfortunately my COVID results were late, which had me ending up extending my stay for future two days. However the staff did apologise and the manager personally contacted me few times. After the quarantine, I was moved into a much better and cleaner room, which allowed me to work online with good natural light and amenities in the room. Overall the staff was friendly, I could see the chefs cooking with hygiene measures and everyone practiced food hygiene , washing hands etc. Suggestions : I had someone call me at midnight during my first 7 days to say the laundry was ready. It freaked me out as the timing is unacceptable to call a guest at that time. Perhaps better training should be in place. Once I wanted to have a drink in the restaurant/bar and the waiter told me I should drink in my room. Later I saw other people drink in the bar. They should communicate with each other or with the manager to see what’s allowed or not. Staff should communicate more with each other for better understanding so they can inform customers the same thing and not different. The staff should understand that sometimes If the customer feels distressed, you need to acknowledge that and not excuse it. Perhaps because of COVID the rest of the hotel amenities were closed as I was told the bar on 9th floor is closed, there is no spa, the jewellery and gift shop was shut, the gym was not accessible. The location is in perfect location in Bole, close to restaurants and cafes. There is Infiniti cafe right next to the hotel which is great. Overall, I do think the staff were friendly and helpful and tried to help when they could. Some of the staff were extra kind and really reassuring such as one the staff in front desk who helped me change to the new room and directed me to Edna mall and helped with transport etc. Some of the wait staff were really friendly and always asked how I was and how my day was which was sweet and kind. The hotel is safe and secure with security measures. The manager also checked in few times and personally dropped me off to the airport which was reassuring and kind of him. I am hoping to come back soon and I will stay here again when I return to Addis .

On May 24th, 2024. We planned to do our family wedding venue place in Check In Hotel. It really was a standout out for us of several wedding venues we went so far we found check in hotel to be one of the most incredible venue ever. The foods was very delicious, savory, heavenly and mouthwatering I have to give a big of applause to Chef Mesfin and Chef Teshome, they really did serve amazingly. They were fast and looking to the dishes that ran out but within a blink of an eye they rush to make everything full. Especially to chef Mesfin OMG wow..he was really well orientated about what we want for the food and he delivered them perfectly cooked and in a spectacular way with being careful. The venue hall is so big and lovely as well the bathroom are so clean and chic everything was so great. I would love to thank the waiters as well Tsion and Abebech for servicing our guests in such mannered way and shout out to Abel the F&B controller for being very attentive listener and on point even Alemshet as well though he is a bit stiff but I can understand why he also happens to be an excellent worker. And none of this wouldnt happen if it weren't for the fabulous Rahel Assefa the marketing manager. She made us felt like home and really really did show us moreover she actually gave us an idea of how we can run our plans with decor venue. She really did shine us through her magical works. So I really do recommend to stop going on the city to find a wedding venue and head straight to CHECK IN Hotel right to Rahel and book your venue there. I was looking for a place to stay a night before my flight in the morning and this place happen to be closer. The streets were going to be closed the next day for a holiday event so I couldn't stay somewhere else as I would risk missing my flight in the morning. It was my first time to be in this place and the staff were very hospitable and It's 5km from the airport and located a few hundred meters out of the main street, its quite and very neat as well as reasonably priced relative to other similar hotels around that area. I have ordered Indian Lamb Curry just as I wander through the menu, with the aromatic creamy spicy sauce and served with rice. it was delicious and mouth watering. I would stay here again!

A nice hotel with amenities (hot water supply, bed comfort,Wi-Fi) in good shape. Also you can relax in the pool or enjoy the on-site spa. Room rate is significantly lower than other big name hotel brands in Addis Ababa.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Residence apartment hotel for 16 days, and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk lead, Massresha, and his colleagues. Their hospitality and attentiveness were truly remarkable, and they made our stay all the more enjoyable. Massresha, in particular, was a standout member of the hotel staff. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was always available to answer any questions we had and offered helpful recommendations for things to do and see in the local area. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The daily housekeeping service was exceptional, and we were always impressed by the attention to detail shown by the staff. Overall, our stay at The Residence was truly unforgettable, and that's all thanks to Massresha and his colleagues. We appreciate all their hard work and dedication to making our stay a memorable one. We look forward to returning to this hotel in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area.

Best hotel in town I recommend who want to stay in hotel this is the best experience we have. The price also very affordable.The room is so clean and the staffs also very corporative. At the morning we had a delicious breakfast. Finally I would like to say thank you for all the good hospitality. Keep it up.
