首先酒店大堂很小，一進去就不太舒服，所以早餐廳也特別小。然後一進房間，光線不好，還一股味道，我衹能一直開着窗睡覺。凌晨3點多垃圾車開始工作，很吵。然後火車的聲音，飛機的聲音，根本沒法睡覺。傢俱也很舊，再也不會去了。

I’m a diamond member of BW, but the stay at this hotel treated me like 2 pennies!!! The hotel is in a excellent location, but what’s in the hotel is terrible, I will never stay at this hotel for nothing…

Hotel carpet looks clean, very nice rooms and accommodations,good breakfast and nice staff. Conveniently located to Dallas and surrounding areas. Loved our stay here.

Everything was great until about an hour from check out, which is 11am. At 10:15am, I was just out of the shower and the cleaning staff walked right into my room. Total safety issue because I was very scared and someone could get really hurt just walking into a room. Other than that, everything was great. The breakfast was good, waffles, bacon, eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, toast...lots of choices. TONS of places to go within walking distance.
