Price was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, lobby and room were clean and modern looking. The hotel is located in a good, quiet area, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Breakfast was okay, not the best, but definitely not the worst. I hope to stay here again when I come back to Dallas

The hotel is located in an ideal spot: close to Addison Airport and 20 minutes away from DFW airport. However, my overall experience was terrible. The water pressure in the bathroom was low, and the bathroom roof was in bad shape, requiring paint work and repairs. The guest laundry was not available. The ice dispenser on the 3rd floor was not working. The breakfast spread was limited. The same items were repeated. I stayed for five nights. The swimming pool was not clean; there were dry leaves all over the pool water. The staff was helpful in guiding me to an awesome restaurant nearby for dinner. The gym equipment was limited, and only three pairs of dumbells were available (17 kgs, 25 kgs and 35 kgs). Overall, it was a bad experience considering the brand, Radisson.

We got there to check in and were told their elevator was broken and that we would have to take the stairs. My husband was having a gout attack and there is no way he could walk up the stairs. The girl at check-in was very rude and we ended up leaving without even checking in.
