This hotel is just the worst. Our key cards wouldn't work so the front desk rekeyed them. We tried again and they still wouldn't work. The front office attendant came and he wasn't able to get them to work so he went to move us to another room. When we went to the other room we didn't need a key card because the door was literally standing wide open!!! The whole place feels unsafe and the smell of pot literally gave me a headache. We immediately loaded our bags back in the car, request our refund and went to another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE! From what we could see through the windows it is a dirty, nasty hotel. The windows hadn't been cleaned in Lord knows how long with streaks coming from the top of the window where they had sweat which I am sure has to be growing black mold around the seals. It's just gross. Don't waste you time or money. Go elsewhere.

I was suppose to get a non-smoking.room but was given a smoking room that reeked. Th shower sprayed water all over the floor. There was no remote for the tv. I just about couldn’t get the heater to work. A lousy stay to say the least.

Customer service was very friendly and helpful. However the first room we went in there was a overwhelming mold smell, tub was leaking, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. Requested a different room immediately. Second room was clean and odorless. Of the 2 beds, one was so worn out that you could see the middle of the bed sunk in. Worst part was the noise. someone sat in their car honking their horn, constant loud radio noise, and the sound of the air brakes from the semi’s. Needless to say we did not sleep and had to attend a funeral the next morning.
We understand that they are trying to remodel, huge suggestion would be to put in some sort of sound buffer, thicker windows or something.

This place is literally falling apart. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling, carpet was stained and filthy. I mean the list could go on and on. It’s not worth staying at. I would give it a zero if possible. Stay somewhere else that’s cleaner and safer.

Our door to the room was broken. Front desk had to come open it for us, and then we couldn’t get it to lock without pushing it with all of our weight. Felt very unsafe as it is a first floor outside door.

Only stayed for 11 hours. Housekeeping woke me up thinking I had checked out. I didn't arrive til after midnight. Difficulty finding room due to it being in a side hallway.
