I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Adelaide, primarily because it's close to my child's university. I've stayed in both the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The washing machine in the room is incredibly practical, and having a fridge and stovetop allows me to prepare simple meals occasionally. It's also very close to the pedestrian street, making shopping super convenient. The only downside is that housekeeping only cleans once a week or every five days. If you're staying for an extended period, you'll pretty much be on your own for keeping the room tidy.

The location of hotel is strategic and I’m the city central. However, the cleanliness needs to be improved, the balcony areas are dusty as well as the glass balcony door. It feels that the unit is dusty.

The location is very close to Adelaide University and Scape, a student accommodation. The apartment is very comfortable and new.

It is such a great experience to live at Realm Apartment. The room is clean and spacious. It is close to uni of ADL, art museum, Rundle Mall and others. It is pretty quiet.

Location is fantastic as it’s just a turn away from Rundle Mall and all the shopping options. You can pay for secured parking space within the building that is directly linked to your room.
