Situated about 10 mins walking from the city centre. Meal timing for dinner is somewhat early so one might miss if cannot be back before 7pm

Didn't take many photos. The environment was comfortable, dinner was delicious, and breakfast was standard (cereal, toast, milk, jam, butter, small cakes). This place is definitely worth the price.

Great place for those who want a place to stay. I stayed there for 2 nights, and the experience is very good. Staffs were very friendly, especially Miss Sophia. I also get to chat with other fellow travelers and whv holders in the common room (indoor) and space (outdoor). The kitchen is spacious and very accessible to those who wants to cook (almost) 24/7; the kitchen is closed for a couple of hours for them to prepare for dinner (first come first serve) (and it also have free breakfast too). Overall, would come to stay if I need to stay for a couple of nights.

Have stayed many times at Base Camp hostel, great location and safe area, I enjoy it & keep going back! The staff are friendly & helpful & with brekky & dinner included it’s excellent value. There’s an IGA supermarket up the road for supplies so you can’t go wrong. Love that the rooms have their own bathroom means you don’t have to get dressed & walk outside to communal bathrooms. My next stay will be in a few weeks

They don’t offer free dinners. I got there well in time before dinner closed but said they were gonna stop making more pasta even though they had everything for it. Staff just said sorry ”but it’s a hostel what do you expect”
