Mt Bundy Station

Outstanding settings, Northern Territory atmosphere, friendly and genuinely welcoming people, comfortable and spacious bungalows.... Breakfast, lunch, dinner, services available within a 5-minute drive.... Highly recommended.

Warmly welcomed by the friendly staff on arrival after a long day on the motorbike. Rooms were clean and tidy with comfy beds and great aircon. Nice little bar and outdoor area to relax. Woke up to a great view of fog over the dam with wallabies and lots of bird life including a Jabiru.

The team at Mt Bundy Station is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is very clean and well presented, while also giving an insight into the Station lifestyles typical of the area. It is obvious that the owners have put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Accommodation options are great for families, couples or even larger groups of friends. The station itself is spacious and there is tropical greenery everywhere, giving you the sense of being remote and secluded even though Litchfield NP and the town of Bachelor are only a short drive away. The onsite pool is shady and great to cool off in, you can also watch some of the farm animals and wildlife/ birds from there and it's particularly nice around sunset. The camping area is also great with lots of room to spread out. The bar has a good selection of drinks at very reasonable prices. Overall it's an awesome experience and great value, and would be a great place even as a standalone destination from Darwin just to relax for a couple of days. Will definitely be back again.
