We were given an upgrade that was actually a downgrade! My husband and I my sister and brother in law booked and paid for 2 garden rooms. On arrival we were given an upgrade that on the surface seemed great. We have a partial sea view instead of the garden, we have one couple downstairs in a makeshift bedroom with no door, a tiny fridge good air con a kettle and a safe then 1 couple upstairs with an air con that's old and not working no fridge, no safe and no kettle! How is that an upgrade? I told the reception team but nothing changed. I am annoyed and disappointed with this place. It has actually ruined what was supposed to be my birthday gift.

Super Hotel, bin dort seit über 30 Jahren im Urlaub. Die Gastfreundschaft ist herausragend. Es ist hier immer ein international Publikum aus über 30 Ländern anzutreffen. Ich fühle mich sehr sicher, voll akzeptiert und respektiert als Gast.Die Griechen sind ein sehr toleraetes und gastfreundliche Volk.

Nous venons de revenir de notre séjour à Aquila. Dans l'ensemble, bon séjour : tout le personnel ainsi que les animateurs ont été très gentils et bienveillants. Cependant, le buffet du restaurant principal est peu varié et les plats chauds souvent froid. Conseil : le spa est un gros point positif pour l'hôtel, à tester !

Crete is our favourite destination in Greece. Stayed with 2 kids. Clean rooms , comfortable beds and very good amenities on the site. Staff is extremely friendly. Special thanks to Elena and spa team for unforgettable experience. Will definitely come back.

I stayed at this hotel from 27/04/2024 to 04/05/2024 (room 258). Everything is good here, especially for families with children. The hotel has one minus: it does not give full pleasure from your vacation. 1) Personnel who work with visitors' luggage in a hotel. He is always interested in gratitude money and clearly shows this to hotel guests. 2) The restaurant, which is located by the large pool, works great. But the restaurant is near the sea beach, the waiters also show that they want tips. Without receiving tips, they don't do their job. This is the first hotel where I am writing such a review. Nous sommes déjà venu a Aquila il y a 2 ans une très belle expérience. Cette année pas du tout la même prestation. Nous avons reçu un mail 2 jours avant notre arrivée nous signalant que le grand restaurant avec vu sur mer où l'on adorait prendre nos petits déjeuners avait été privatisé. Lors de notre séjour nous avons compris que les 3/4 de l'hôtel soit plusieurs centaines de personnes d'un groupe religieux avec beaucoup d'enfants qui ne respectaient pas les lieux on privatisé également les salles pour prier. Beaucoup trop de bruit, les enfants jouaient même au foot dans le hall de réception. C'est vraiment pas possible dans un hôtel 5 étoiles! Par moment j'étais gêné pour le personnel qui a passer une semaine très dur. J'attends un retour de la direction par rapport aux prestations non conformes à la description.

Das hotel ist einfach nur mega wunderschön und ist kinderfreundlich das hat uns super gefallen. Das Essen war wunderbar. Lecker Buffet, alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Freundlich, sehr aufmerksames und jederzeit hilfsbereites Personal. Auf Wünsche wird sofort reagiert.

The Aquila Porto Rethymnon was a very good type of family hotel. We liked to stay there. We found very competent, kindly und helpfully persons in all parts of the hotel. We can wish it to all customers visiting crete. A very good site to relax with very good stuff.

De retour après avoir passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cet hôtel. Je donne rarement un avis excellent car on peu toujours mieux faire mais la sincèrement après tous les hôtels que nous avons eu la chance de faire pour des vacances club, celui-ci était vraiment supérieur. Les parties communes, les piscines, les bars et les jardins sont toujours très propres. Je tenais vraiment à féliciter le personnel du restaurant la Taverna, qui sont des vrais professionnels du métier et tous très aimables, et un merci spécial au barman de l'accueil qui est rayonnant comme le soleil Crêtois. La formule tout inclus Premium est juste fantastique, tout est compris et avec des vrais boissons. Breef à essayer absolument
