We had an amazing amazing week at The Caramel Grecotel. The hotel is beautiful, the food was the best we have eaten in Greece and the staff are all amazing. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the pool and spa are both excellent. A huge credit must go to the staff who were so friendly and kind and made us feel so comfortable and at home. Special thanks must go to Konstantina who made being on holiday with coeliac disease so easy and stress free and also for arranging a beautiful gluten free birthday cake for my husband. I will recommend the hotel to everyone and will definitely be visiting again!

The Caramel Grecotel is an ideal place for a romantic or family vacation. We have already come 3 times and it is always a great pleasure. the quality of the hotel is impeccable, the food, the staff, the very good atmosphere as well as the kids club are the reasons why we love this hotel. We particularly thank Konstantina and Alexandros and the management for their special attention, their professionalism and their immense kindness. we will come back, we promise. Excellent 5 star hotel that has all the little attention to detail things you look for in a luxury holiday. Great staff, food and accommodation. We had two junior suites with sea view and it was bliss pulling back the curtains each morning. Lovey it!

Superbe hôtel de 70 suites seulement, toutes récentes et superbes. Accueil personnalisé exceptionnel. Excellente animation musicale jazz le soir. Seuls le bar manque vraiment de chaleur et de tapas apéro, le dîner est vraiment trop cher pour un buffet, et un employé de piscine a vraiment été inconvenant.

Beautiful hotel located midway between Heraklion and Chania. Loved the beach and restaurant. Our room was amazing with our own pool and fireplace in our private outdoor area. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Loved Rethymno's old town which was a short cab drive away. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay with very good facilities for the families. The staff in the kids club was fabulous and kept the kids wanting to go back. Also loved the kids buffet in the afternoon
Aside from family facilities the restaurant served very good food, the pool and beach was great as well
The service on the beach could do with a little improvement in terms of people serving
