The toilet in my room was full of bees i called the reception no one picked up the phone to resolve the problem all night.

It is appalling how dirty the room and the bathroom were! Don't waste your money and time on a hotel like this ! I am a local person and was disappointed by the service compared to 10 years ago ! There is way better in Assini ,myself and daughter are disappointed and it was her birthday!

The service from the staff was fantastic but the conditions of the room didn’t match the price tag. For almost $200 a night I don’t expect to stay in a room that has a ripped curtain, a very noticeable rip.

Jolie cadre le directeur est très sympathique les chambres sont spacieuse et la terrasse est très agréable c est un lieu reposant la piscine est grande le côté mer est jolie avec le service bateau pour y accéder gratuitement côté repas bon le personnel est aimable a besoin de s améliorer

Very nice place. We enjoyed the beach side of the hotel. Food is a bit pricey but the hotel is very nice with water activities.
My kids enjoyed everything.
Will go back for sure.

L'hôtel est magnifique avec une belle vue sur la lagune d'un côté et des chambres côté mer (celles où on est restés). Les chambres sont propres avec une belle terrasse donnant directement sur la mer et la plage aménagée très sympa. Une navette gratuite et dispo rapidement fait l'aller-retour entre les 2 côtés. Piscine agréable mais qui mériterait d'être rénovée. Côté (très) négatif : - le restaurant est cher et pas terrible - le petit déjeuner est plutôt très moyen surtout en semaine (viennoiseries pas fraîches) - le service est très mauvais et le personnel très désagréable, on a rarement vu ça dans un hôtel de ce standing !!

I spent a very nice weekend at Coucoue Lodge. I have a beautiful bungalot close to the laguna. The hotel has a laguna side and a sea side, with a bus boat between both. The countryside is beautiful, and the hotel and services are excellet
