The hotel didn't honor ******* bookings and I had to pay in cash again after I had been charged through *******. The pillows in the room smelt really bad and the water in the bath had plumbing leakage making the bathroom floor
wet, that I complained about yet didn't get fixed.
The staff basically acted like they didn't care or know what they were doing.

I just need my money back, because it doesn't make any sense to let me book a room when you new the hotel is in renovation 😠that's what we call scam, please I just need my money back
