Отличный отель. Расположен чуть в стороне от центральной площади,так что тихий и уединенный отдых вам гарантирован. Просторные номера,разнообразные и вкусные завтраки. Подвозят до канатной дороги на электрокаре. С удовольствием вернёмся снова

Шикарный отель , персонал дружелюбен и вежлив на стойки регистрации, кухня выше всяких похвал , номера просторные и ухоженные , остались только положительные эмоции, рекомендую данный отель для отдыха!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Великолепный завтрак, Алина-официант на завтраках профессионал своего дела. Отличный сервис, персонал доброжелателен и обходителен, всегда рады помочь по любому вопросу, номера чистые и уютные, очень понравился СПА, чисто, уютно.

Прекрасный отель ! Катались на сноуборде, очень радует что канатка рядом. Чистые и новые номера, прекрасный завтрак. Персонал душки, все что требовалась для отдыха делали, большая им благодарность. Однозначно рекомендую к посещению !

Третий год подряд отдыхаем в этом отеле. Отличное обслуживание и замечательные номера! Завтрак с шампанским - отдельная песня! Спа небольшой, но очень уютный. Настоятельно рекомендую. Мы всегда здесь останавливались в начале февраля. Не знаю как в другое время, но в феврале отдых просто восхитительный. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить управляющего отеля Алексей. Познакомились с ним в прошлом году – очень внимательный и профессиональный сотрудник. К сожалению, не знаю его фамилии. Персонал вежливый, но ненавязчивый. Совершенно точно – приедем отдыхать еще.

Отель оставил самые тёплые и приятные воспоминания. Очень внимательный персонал, уютные номера, вкусная еда. Есть отдельная комната для хранения и сушки лыжного инвентаря. Всегда достаточно в номере воды на выбор с газом и без. Уборка отличная. Все просьбы выполняются моментально. Спасибо за гостеприимство. Обязательно вернемся.

Nice hotel,fine foods, good weather snow, beautiful breakfast. Nice soul spa, great work the staff . Lovely people at the reception,have hospitality green key and the beast RPS Achievement 2023 Premium Brands.
