Je déconseille virement cet hôtel. Leur service client est complètement nul. Après avoir dû annuler ma réservation, ils ont refusé de me rembourser les frais, et en plus ils n'ont même pas décroché le téléphone pour discuter. Une très mauvaise expérience à éviter.

Je tiens à partager une expérience décevante lors de la réservation d'une chambre à l'hôtel Mia Hotels. En effet, lors de ma visite à la réception pour effectuer la réservation, j'ai été accueilli par un employé nommé Rachid. Malheureusement, son attitude a été particulièrement impolie et désagréable. Face à un tel manque de professionnalisme, j'ai décidé de ne pas séjourner à l'hôtel. C'est regrettable de constater un tel service à la réception, car cela nuit à la première impression que l'on a de l'établissement. J'espère que l'hôtel prendra des mesures pour améliorer l'accueil des clients à l'avenir.

Very friendly welcome. Quiet room, up to standards, clean. We were with our little dog. There was a supplement of 55 drh. We'll come back!
