酒店位於島的西北端，算是一個遊客相對少的區域，位置非常僻靜，適合喜歡安安靜靜發呆度假，步行幾分鐘就是Agaete Natural Pools，幾個海邊天然形成的游泳池，當地人都推薦這個泳池，游泳玩水很舒服。

10 días con el turismo social, solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento con el trato recibido en el hotel , todo el personal empezando con los camareros del comedor JUNCAL siempre atentos y con una amabilidad que se agradece tanto en el servicio del mediodía como en la cena , mención especial para Fernando que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable un gran profesional .La comida si no podría destacar nada en especial tampoco puedo pedir mucho mas quizás un poquito mas de variedad . Las habitaciones amplias limpias y confortables en mi caso la 111 con acceso directo a la piscina las vistas son muy buenas con unas puestas de sol impresionantes , la terraza un lugar para disfrutar de una copa tranquilamente ( lastima del viento ) resumiendo no tengo mas que felicitar a todo el personal por estos 10 días que he disfrutado junto con mi mujer y sin duda cuando vuelva a Gran canarias este será mi hotel.

Estuvimos durante los días 6 al 8 de mayo de 2024. La estancia en general muy bien. Solo encontramos muy pobre la variedad de comidas en el restaurante juncal a mediodía. Incluso uno de los días, coincidiendo con la llegada de clientes que venían de una excursión, no se repusieron varios platos.

Lástima de las cucarachas en la habitación. El hotel está muy bien, unas vistas espectaculares, las habitaciones son cómodas y muy amplias. A mejorar la variedad del bufé, la comida está bien pero deberían variar un poco más
