酒店位於島的西北端，算是一個遊客相對少的區域，位置非常僻靜，適合喜歡安安靜靜發呆度假，步行幾分鐘就是Agaete Natural Pools，幾個海邊天然形成的游泳池，當地人都推薦這個泳池，游泳玩水很舒服。

Todo ha sido genial, los empleados desde el Metre hasta las chicas de la limpieza, "todos un encanto". Los chicos de la terraza de noche nos han servido con mucha profesionalidad y sus cokteles estaban muy buenos. Ahora, tengo que darle todo nuestro reconocimiento a la "Gran Joya" de la terraza bar piscina, nuestra querida "Ángela". Todos los días nos sentimos como en casa gracias a su gran simpatía, amabilidad y encanto. Una profesional como la copa de un pino. La piscina sin ella no fue lo mismo 😔

Las instalaciones del hotel me gustaron mucho igual que su ubicación, lo que no me gustó nada fue las demoras para entrar en ls horas de cena al bufet que había que hacer cola porque no tenían mesa, esperas de más de 15 minutos, la poca variedad de comidas en la cena y la limpieza de la habitación. Nota positiva es la actitud de todos los empleados con los que encontré no había ninguno que no tuviera buenas palabras y buen gesto para todo.

Hotel solo adultos con una privilegiada ubicación al lado de la costa. Limpieza extraordinaria. Buffet excelente con agradable trato y gran atención del personal. Habitaciones amplias, muy cuidadas hasta el mínimo detalle y muy limpias. Calidad del sueño excelente con camas muy confortables y un silencio absoluto durante todas las noches.
