The deposit was withheld (without informing me) because I had supposedly smoked in the room. Knowing that I am a non-smoker and that I did not have any visitors in the room, it is impossible that someone smoked during my stay in the hotel room. An argument that the managers of the Opal hotel did not want to hear and which therefore did not make it possible to obtain reimbursement of the sum of 120 Euros wrongly taken from my account.

Accueil souriant et bienveillant, chambre très propre, agréable, salle de bain hyper propre, avec des petites attentions qui font plaisir ( disque à démaquiller, lime à ongles, coton tige, kleenex), petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Hotel facile a trouver..parking municipal tout proche avec prix preferentiel pour client hotel donc facilité de se garer. Acceuil tres agreable.chambre petite mais correct..lit assez bas..literie et oreiller peut faire.mieux. tres calme la nuit
Salle de bain mérite d etre revue apres menage surtout derrière la porte.
Baignoire assez haute .
Dans l ensemble correct piur une nuit.

3 stars but who are we kidding!! 195euro per night neither fridge nor coffee machine available in the room, dishonest manager, they wanted to charge me a second night supposedly for cigarette ashes present on the windowsill while I was on the ground floor I had to travel again 2 days later for an hour's drive to get my money. In hindsight I would have preferred to sleep on the beach and saving 195 euros was better. And for your information, at 195 euros per night you have to add 10 euros for parking.
