No podemos opinar sobre el establecimiento... no nos alojamos allí. El motivo es que anularon nuestra reserva el mismo día de la llegada, cuatro o cinco horas antes del check-in! Nos dijeron que no abrían hasta abril, pero nos habían confirmado la reserva con más de un mes de antelación. Lo único que nos dijeron es que no nos cobrarían... encima... Así que del establecimiento no podemos opinar, pero la gestión y el trato al cliente es el peor de nuestras vidas. Días libres solicitados, viaje planificado, etc... A los compañeros viajeros sólo podemos advertirles de la dudosa gestión. Por lo demás esperamos que tengan más suerte.

Cher, 120 € pour deux, mauvaise brochette et salade ! Soirée speciale en même temps qu'une autre. Pas organisé, on nous sert le plat alors qu'on a rien demandé et on attend notre apero. On laisse rentrer et payer en bermudas et après mangé on demande d aller mettre un pantalon, on veux nous faire payer des consommations alors qu elles sont comorises dans la formule.. On a vu un couple de touristes des pays de l est se faire sortir vigoureusement alors qu ils expliquaient qu ils avaient payés leur reservations mais que eux ne le voyait pas sur leur ordinateur... De l amateurisme pur et dur, notre pire expérience au cap, à fuir !

Très bon accueil, mais vite déçus par les prestations, jacuzzi hors services, piscine intérieur hors service aussi, logement pas chauffé quand nous sommes arrivés. Sans parler de l'apéro dinatoire qui n'est même pas digne d'un camping....heureusement que les locaux nous ont pris sous leurs ailes et donner les bonnes adresses (LE QG et UN BAR A VIN sur le port).....le seul point positif est le petit déjeuner. En résumer, prix exorbitant pour des prestations même pas digne d'un FORMULE1. Je déconseille fortement.
