Disaster! Matras and bed where totally not matching
Guy from the reception was really arrogant!
If we would use the room with 2 persons we couldn’t sleep in normal way.
Trash from former guest still in trash can, rooom wasn’t really clean! My second time with trouble in this hotel. Will not stay again!

The room is quite unique. There are no disposable toiletries, so you need to bring your own. The room I stayed in was a house facing the street, which felt a bit like the houses along the street in my hometown when I was a child. The breakfast was average. Ctrip said that the breakfast was 12.5 euros and 3 euros were paid at the hotel, but I actually paid 19.5 euros at the hotel. I don't understand it.

Wir waren eher enttäuscht. Um 1.30 Uhr in der ersten Nacht durch Feueralarm geweckt worden. Lampe im Bad kaputt Gardine aus der schiene Steckdose ohne Abdeckung direkt neben dem Waschbecken zimmerreinigung mangelhaft.

Dik kussen, geen dunner kussen op de kamer aanwezig en erg warm op de kamer. Mobiele airco stond op een krukje in de kamer met een slang naar buiten, maar deze kreeg het niet koel. Wel een prachtig mooie hal. Krijgt een goede indruk hoe het hier voorheen uit zag! Locatie perfect en mooiontbijt. En zeer behulpzaam personeel.

Geweldige overnachting gehad! We hadden in eerste instantie een andere kamer geboekt, maar toen bleek dat er een klein misverstand was wat betreft de reservering werd er alles aan gedaan om dit op te lossen. Uiteindelijk mochten we zelfs in een van de appartementen overnachten! Al met al is dit een uitstekend hotel, het ziet er van binnen erg mooi uit met veel aspecten van de oude gevangenis behouden. Het personeel, met name de jongen achter de receptie, is uitzonderlijk behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!

Poor experience… - Dirty room - No amenities - No control over room temperature even though the room we paid for “has air conditioning” - Rooms are entered without permission or request - Breakfast dish ware and cutlery are dirty Staff were generally kind and attentive but this place is a very, very poor value.

The place is very well organized, the receptionist is kind. The bed is comfortable, we needed to stay a bit longer in the hotel and that was not a problem. We stayed in a room in the first floor, more comfty than in the ground floor where the room did not have a toilet. All in all good experience

Another great stay (3rd time now) samatha was great at check in, we arrived late due to travel complications but no problem samatha sorted it dankjewel. Mr Melf (sorry if spelt wrong)was fantastic also he even sorted us out with some “choppers” to get around town dankjewel! Tash,s breakfast spread was fantastic and such a nice lady! Dankjewel Tash!! And we cannot forget the main man Jordy who put it all together the room was fantastic bro and sad we missed you as we arrived late but will see you next time for sure Dankjewel!! The hotel is fantastic and such a great location to see the city but the staff really make the place feel like a home from home and we will keep coming back because of this! Dankjewel to all the team ✌🏻
