This hotel was still undergoing renovations. That was not clear when booking. It really was half a ruin. Moreover, it all came across as very unprofessional. The room we booked for disabled people was certainly not suitable. Space was big enough, but the shower was barely accessible. In addition, the water flowed from the bathroom instead of towards the drain. So we had to mop more than we could shower. Reported this problem immediately, but it was not resolved. The pool is not wheelchair accessible as there are steps everywhere.

Hôtel correct cependant l'accueil compliqué pour trouver quelqu'un, la seule qui nous a reçu debout avait un ordinateur, je n'ai pas très bien compris ce genre d'accueil.
D'autre part, le fait que notre invitée avait oublié de régler la taxe de séjour (4.05€), nous avons été harcelés dans la journée pour cette taxe, nous menaçant, si elle n'était pas réglée dans le journée de nous faire payer une nuitée de plus. Très bizarre alors que je suis porteur de la carte de fidélité de plusieurs années du groupe Accord.
Ensuite pour sortir du parking en tant que visiteur c'est le parcours du combattant.
Je crois que je vais réfléchir à deux fois avant de réserver

Parking sécurisé sans l’être vraiment. Accueil avec sourire et gentillesse. Chambres rénovées mais pas les salles de bains qui gardent encore les stigmates des vieilles années baignoires. Hôtel en cours de rénovation. Petit déjeuner correct mais salle trop petite pour tous les clients qui se présentent plus ou moins dans le même créneaux horaire. Proximité d’un très bon restaurant Hippopotamus.
