Nous avons dormi 2 nuits dans ce Campanile. Nous avons été très bien accueillis tout au long du séjour : accueil souriant, disponible, et soucieux du bien-être de leurs clients. Les lits sont très confortables, nous avons vraiment bien dormi ! Côté petit déjeuner, il y en a pour tous les goûts, pour le plus grand bonheur de mes enfants, qui se sont régalés ! Le seul point négatif, mais il est commun à la plupart des hôtels, c’est qu’il n’y a pas (ou pas assez) de chambres pour les familles nombreuses. Nous avons dû louer 2 chambres (ayant 4 enfants). Si nous revenons sur Agen, on sait déjà où dormir ! Merci pour ce super séjour !

The beds were the coziest I have ever tested. The staff were attentive and interested in customers. They took the time to help me install WiFi on my tablet. They are very friendly and attentive to customer needs.

The people at reception are great, however the restaurant is a disaster, for a menu, starter, main course and dessert for €24. Besides, the young girl who welcomed me was adorable.
