Walkway from station straight to U place mall where the hotel is located. Hotel lobby is on 7th floor, no clear signage. Go find lift that goes to lobby. Complimentary coffee at lobby is good! convenient store and many restaurants in the mall, coedo brewery and restaurant is worth visiting if like draft beers.

Very new hotel. The wet and dry areas are separated and two people can use the toilet or bathroom separately. I like the design of this hotel very much. The location of the hotel is also very good. Just walk along the Kawagoe Station Overpass and you can get there!
There was an incident on the last day of my stay. The fire alarm went off at 5:25 in the morning. I thought it was just the alarm being triggered by mistake, but when I saw other guests coming out and walking downstairs, I thought about it and went downstairs. There were two fire trucks, and when I asked the counter staff, I didn't know what happened. I saw the squadron leader from the fire station going upstairs to ask, and he went back to the room because it was probably okay. At this time, I couldn't sleep anymore, so I simply packed my bags and headed to the next stop.

We stayed here as a family of three.
It was so good value for money that we couldn't believe our money, considering it's so close to the station and so clean.
The bathroom and toilet were separate, and both were very clean.
It was raining a little on the night of our stay, but as it's directly connected to the station, we were able to get to the izakaya near the station without needing an umbrella, which was very helpful.
We'd definitely like to stay here again.
