Die Suite im dritten Stock ist geräumig und schön, bis auf das Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer ist sehr eng und klein, auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne. Auf der Badewanne ist eine festsitzende Brausewand montiert, die aber in der Ecke nicht abdichtet und somit das gleich angrenzende WC am Boden unter Wasser setzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist bis 10 Uhr. Als wir um 9 Uhr frühstücken gingen, waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Keine Croissant, nur mehr das Schild. Ein kleines Stück Kuchen lag noch da und Schokodonuts die anscheinend keiner wollte, ich auch nicht. Die Schüssel vom Obstsalat leer, auch die Obstplatten bis auf ein paar kleine Happen leer. Drei gekochte Eier und die waren sehr hart gekocht, nein kein weiches Frühstücksei, kein Lachs, keine Aufstriche, nur etwas Schinken und Käse, Eierspeise und Würstel. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und nett. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Garage und man ist in wenigen Minuten am Hauptplatz. Stift Herzogsburg erreicht man in 15 min mit dem Auto. Das war auf unsere Reise durch Österreich das fünfte 4 Sterne Hotel. Es war das Teuerste.

My family and I were returning from vacation and stopped in this hotel. Staff is very welcoming. Beds are comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was good. My son said it was the best hot chocolate he's ever drunk in a hotel. ;o)

A warm welcome. The hotel was comfortable, generally very clean (apart from some hairs in the sink!) and quiet - enabling me to get some much needed sleep after a long drive.
Breakfast was decent and there was plenty of space in their car park (EUR 10 for 24 hours).

We spent a night in this hotel for a theater visit. Located at the edge of the old town it is at walking distance from the Festspielhaus. This no fuzz hotel offers spacious rooms, mine on the third floor with balcony. I had a bit the feel of an airport hotel don’t expect much charm. Staff is very welcoming at the large lobby on the ground floor with bar, the buffet breakfast is plenty and served in a spacious side room. There are conference rooms on the first floor.

It was ok at first. A business trip and the bar was shut. A few nights later, on a Friday, the bar was shut. So we headed out for food and drink. Got back about 11pm and nobody was there and I'd realised I'd left my iey in the room. I had to sleep in my car to eventually get back in my room. Night service is bad, if not terrible. Day service is good

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Hotel ist sauber und komfortabel. Angenehm ist die zentrale Lage in der Stadt. Leider steht kein gut funktionierendes Internet zur Verfügung.
