Fantastic hotel 10/10🥰. I was there with mye friends for a week and the service was perfect. Amazing pool and great breakfast. We felt really welcome and they did everything they could so we could have the best experience. Tonja the bartender made the best drinks❤️. I hurt my wrist and got bandage and all the help i neeed. We would recomend for everyon. We recommend the strawberry daiquiri from Tonja, the best bartender❤️

Our 3 night stay at Elotis Suites was amazing. Our studio room was very spacious and provided everything we needed for our stay. We stayed by the pool most days and most mornings we were the only ones there! The barman was great and our drinks were lovely. The hotel is very close to lots of supermarkets and had easy access to the beach. Andreas, the hotel receptionist was amazing and always accommodated to our needs. We will definitely stay here again! 5 stars from us⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately disappointing for us. The spacious studio was above the bar, on the side of the road. Not soundproof at all. Twice a week, I heard a live performance by the same singer, who sometimes shouted instead of singing and drunk people shouted along, screaming along until after twelve. The studio itself was reasonably clean, the kitchenette simply furnished. Not a spatula or tea towel in sight and before the two electric burners were hot, your holiday was just about over. The bathroom had been renovated and was spacious by Greek standards, sometimes the pressure dropped or the water was too cold, but that is normal in Greece. The mattresses were a bit sagging. The cleaning was sublime, the towel was moldy because they folded it neatly, but it was still wet. Air conditioning and WiFi were good. The balcony view was the most disappointing! Had breakfast once and it was fine. The staff was very friendly.

Just arrived home after 7 days at Elotis , the suites are in a good location, 5 mins over the road to the beach , could do with a pedestrian crossing to be fair . The beach is miles long so no problem getting a nice sun bed .. The beach bars provide free sun beds if you bought drinks and lunch at the bar .. The Elotis suites have a nice but small pool area . The rooms are kept clean by 2 ladies ,Sula and Ava ,they are worked very hard and there is just them 2 to do the whole complex , well done ladies .. The beds and pillows are the comfiest I have ever slept in abroad .. The shower was very good and powerful and plenty of clean towels on hand every day .. The air con and WiFi are free and both in our apartment ,111 , worked excellent.. There are plenty of eating places, our favourites were Cactus and Terpsi next to the apartments We had breakfast every day and there wasn’t much choice but we enjoyed what was there , it was fresh and well cooked and Angela kept it well stocked up . All the staff at Elotis are friendly and can’t do enough for you .. If you are thinking of having a holiday in Agia Marina I would definitely recommend Elotis Suites.

My boyfriend and I spent a week at Elotis Suites in Agia Maria and we loved every minute of it. Our studio was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean with a cosy patio were we spent most late evenings. The AC was really affordable and we rented beach towels every day for 1 EUR/day. It was great having a fresh beach towel every day. The pool was lovely and we went swimming there every day after coming back from exploring Crete. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was a great start to the day. It consisted of everything we wanted and more so it exceeded our expectations. When we went for excursions we got a breakfast package with us for the day. The hotel also had live music in the bar a few days during the week and also showed sports for everyone who wanted to watch. The hotel staff was very friendly and service-minded. We loved Elotis Suites and if we’re coming back to Agia Marina we’re definitely staying here again.

The pictures of this hotel were completely different than the reality. From the balcony all you can see is discusting, dirty, dark alley. The smell is awful and you can't keep windows open or sit on balcony. You don't want to waste your money and holiday here.

The Suites are super and reviewed separately. The Bar is separate and reviewed here as a special thanks to Pedro the Bar Manager. He went to massive lengths to make us welcome and added to the enjoyment of our holiday. He demonstrated the Cretan’s importance of family and friends.

Pool right beside you and sea only across the road. And beach towels in Reception @ €1 per day. Huge choice of restaurants within walking distance, and Chania bus stop close by. Everyone on their team was helpful and friendly. Solved every request with a smile.
