We spent one week here. Great location, friendly and helpfull staff and they speak good english, clean rooms and cleaners came every day, two pools wich were taken good care of, great and variable breakfast for every day. High recommendation!

The staff are super friendly, the hotel is quiet, the pool is clean. Room is fairly basic (we have a 1-bed apar**ent) but lots of space for us (couple with 1 child), very comfortable beds, clean. We also have lots of vegan options at breakfast - breads & spreads, cereals, nuts, fruits, tomatoes, olives, cucumber. The location of the hotel is great, bus stop to chania just outside, fairly big supermarket just a couple of minutes away. Would happily return here.

Spotless hotel and grounds. Staff are delightful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. The staff were continuously tidying up. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful week here. The staff was absolutely wonderful - so kind, caring and helpful. It was very clean and fresh everywere. We will definately stay here again if we come back to Crete. The one and only thing that was negative and dissapointing, was that on saturday evening there was a buffé (instead of being able to choose from the menu) And the buffé was very plain and similar to the breakfastbuffé.

It was 7 yrs we last visit hotel Oscar. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by manager Dimitris who welcomed us home, that melted my heart. We got an awesome room. The staff are awesome and goes above and beyond for all guests. Thumbs up.

Отдыхали с мужем в июле этого года. Новый современный дизайн отеля, хороший бассейн, прекрасный сервис и чистота. Завтрак очень разнообразный, широкий ассортимент еды. Расположен отель в одной из самых лучших популярных курортных зон в Ханье Agia Marina, где есть множество таверн, магазинов, развлечений, отличные пляжи. Приятный, дружелюбный персонал, очень довольны нашим отдыхом.

Wij verbleven hier 8 dagen, en ik heb het echt super fijn ervaren. Vanaf het begin dat je aankomt, komt het personeel je helpen met je koffers en krijg je na een lange reis wat te drinken aangeboden voor je naar je kamer word gebracht. Alles ziet er goed vezorgd uit en iedere ochtend word je kamer schoongemaakt en krijg je nieuw bedlinnen en handdoeken. Het enige nadeel wat ik kan noemen is dat de kamers nogal gehorig zijn. En als je vooraan het park verblijft je best vroeg wakker word van de schoonmakers die met bedden lopen te schuiven. Barpersoneel is super sociaal en maakt je de beste cocktails. Over al het personeel in het algemeen ben ik enorm te spreken, ze werken enorm hard in de hitte maar blijven echt vriendelijk naar je.

De nombreux points positifs: sourire et disponibilité de tous les membres du personnel avec une mention particulière à Michael, propreté et aménagement des espaces extérieurs, grands studios bien équipés, superbes piscines, restaurant très correct, proximité de la plage. Quelques points à améliorer: Le mobilier des studios est un peu vieillot, remplacer la baignoire par une douche serait plus pratique, étoffer la carte au restaurant qui est un peu "short". Au final séjour très positif nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. La situation est idéale à 100 m de la plage, arrêt de bus à deux pas, super marche à proximité. La seule petite chose que je déconseillerais c'est chambre "promo" pour son agencement. Muni de deux piscines bien entretenues, une famille avec enfant y trouve son bonheur ! Le buffet déjeuner est tout à fait bien ! N'hésitez pas !
