Stamakis studios, is one of the big reasons we travel to Platanias every year. Konstantinos and his wife are the best host in the world. This place is very quiet, clean, nice rooms, and has a very good bed, and a very nice garden. Located not far from the beach and from the center of Platanias. Lenita and me strongly recommend stamataki's studio.

The Studio 4 is the right size, clean, has enough natural light, it's pretty and with a lovely terrace with sea view, comfortable bed. The proximity to the center of the village is walk by distance however in a quiet area which is definitely another plus. Konstantinos is a great host and his level of hospitality is a 10! From the moment we have booked the studio Konstantinos contacted us and shared details of how to get from the airport to the studio, a map of the village, offered support with renting a car or ordering a taxi if needed. On the day we have arrived Konstantinos shared proactively with us via Whatsapp details about the Platanias village - recommendation of restaurants (have tried all the recommendations and they were fantastic!), what beaches to visit, what different stores are close by etc. We have been asked for a few times is we are happy with the accomodation, if we need anything extra and willing to help out in case of questions or requests. The property is as pictured. Located in a very convenient location, close to the beach (2 minutes walk), bus (1 minute), and all the restaurants). It is far enough from the main street so it is quiet, and yet close enough that everything is within walking distance. Very good location.
An environmentally friendly place/owner. Solar-heated water and solar-panel for electricity, for those who care about being environmentally responsible.
Perhaps the biggest asset is the owner, who is local and extremely attentive. Everything you need, he provides. Being a local, his recommendations about restaurants, etc., were all spot-on: during my stay, I had not had one bad meal.

Siamo stati ospiti nel b&b dal 5 al 12 settembre ed abbiamo occupato due camere essendo quattro persone. Il titolare Konstantinos si è subito preso cura di noi facendoci visitare il paesino, facendoci vedere i negozi più forniti e ci ha suggerito cose da fare e soprattutto da vedere. Platanias l'abbiamo scelta per la posizione strategica tra Chania e Elafonissi. Le due camere ed i bagni sono puliti e con spazi sufficienti. Eravamo immersi nel verde giardino della struttura, ma a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Ogni giorno nel tardo pomeriggio ricevevamo un messaggio da Kostantinos per sapere se era tutto ok e cosa avevamo visto, sempre premuroso. Dimenticavo al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare il suo vino bianco ed il raki. Ogni giorno la camera veniva pulita con il cambio biancheria. Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare in questo B&B se farete una vacanza a Creta

An amazing place that simply exceeded all our expectations! When we settled in we were welcomed by polite Host - Stamatakis, we had a compliment of very good house wine. the Host advised us what to visit. The room had a large terrace with a view of a wonderful garden. You can drink your morning coffee end enjoy the spectacular view of the garden, which is also charming it the evening! There is also a parking lot. This is the best place to stay and the best helpful Host. We spent a week there and plan to do it again. Thanks you Stamatakis! Many greetings from Sofia

The room was very beautiful and clean... It has parking for your car and a garden to relax in.. everything was amazing.. I highly recommend it... The owner Kostas and his wife are amazing..

Incredibile Struttura, in un posto tranquillo, con un giardino favorevole e con proprietari sempre presenti e pronti ad offrirti tutto, e ad aiutarti su tutto. In pieno centro del villaggio turistico di Platanias, in mezzo a ristoranti, bar e caffetterie. Ad un passo a piedi le bellissime spiagge di sabbia,organizzate ma anche libere.
