Small family run hotel and honestly the most friendly hotel iv ever been to, Dora and family will do everything to make your stay enjoyable.i got a ground floor room equipped with air con flat screen tv all kitchen facilities and shower room.hotel has a pool and never any bother getting sun beds.small taverna area where freshly made breakfast was served and you could get a beer/ soft drinks or stronger anytime.only con is that hotel is a 20 minute walk from town/ beach area along a fairly busy road and in 40° heat can be tough but most of the time staff offered to drive you to town, it was only 5 to €7 for taxi back at night.town itself has a beautiful beach with a couple of beachside bars/restaurants and ample variety of bars and restaurants on the main street area plus flamingo is equally as near messonghi which has some great restaurants .honestly can't see anyone not having a great time at the flamingo .Many thanks again to Antonio Dora and vasillus ( probably spelt wrong)

Where do I start. Dóra and her daughter are kind and helpful. This is 10/10. However, if I look at the accommodation and the service I paid for, it is unfortunately poor. Unfortunately, many people only value Dora and not the hotel or the service. Location 0. There is no sidewalk on a busy road, it is dangerous and terribly noisy, which is not indicated anywhere. The room is equipped with a hair dryer and shower gel (said on booking) It wasn't. On the 5th day, we received the first cleaning, new things. There was no water in the fridge. The breakfast is 3/10. Every day Warm sandwich, boiled egg and 1 dl juice and 3in1 coffee. in 2023? This is not a service, this is the bottom of everything, also there was only 3 rooms, but every morning we lost 40 50 minutes, because its to hard to make a breakfast for us 3 ROOMS!!!! . I been in greece many times, I use to live in greece as well and I never had this kind of service. I understand economy crisis and savings, but if there is a lack of guests, it is not my fault, I paid for a service that I did not receive. One more thing what can be pitty but... After your check out, they will charge you 3 4 euros... But hello. Booking said I payed all night and tourism taxes etc everything is included. I never had this kind of taxes with booking. So something is interesting. I said it because its only 3 4 euros.. But imagine during season they could collect 600-800 euros plus. Car hire : we rent a car from moraitikai and When Vasilis asked us do you have car? We said yes, and we rent from moraitika,and then he turn to be rude and angry. Come on...

Very basic rooms, more of a youth hostel than a hotel, in my view. We booked a room with a balcony but got a dark room on floor level on the backside of the house with absolutely no view. The mistake with the room wasn’t corrected for the whole week that we stayed. There was no cleaning of the room or changing of sheets until we asked about it the last days. The road outside that leads to the town and beach in not only very busy with heavy traffic like buses and trucks, it also has no where to walk as a pedestrian. It is absolutely dangerous to walk there and at night it is completely impossible. Taxi charges 7 euros to drive 800 meters from town to the hostel and firning the siesta you cant even get hold of a taxi. We felt quite isolated a forced to stay either at the hostel or at the beach for as long hours as possible, not having to deal with the horrible road. In all a very disapointing stay at Flamingo even though I agree that the owners are friendly and the rooms (in the beginning) and facilies are clean and tidy.

If you want to experience Greece then this is the place to be. Quiet and nice area. Perfect for the family. Delecious food. The best thing about this place is the owner Dora who with the help of her daughter and family delivered excellent service. Impossible to be dissatisfied and bored.
