Amazing staff and beautiful place

What a gem of a place, seascape residences was superb. The apartment was clean, spacious and had fantastic view of pools and seascape. All the staff we encountered were courteous, friendly and helpful. Special mentions to Katarina, Manos and “little angel” Santino. Do not stay anywhere else, location is seconds from the shops and beachfront where all the restaurants and bars are. Will definitely recommend to friends, keep up the fabulous work guys.

Really helpful and attentive staff , the accommodation was spacious and let in a lot of sunlight , fab facilities with the gym and pool . Will be back !

Beautiful apartments set in quiet location. Katerina and her small team make you feel welcome and provide a fantastic service throughout your stay. Our second visit to the hotel and I would definitely recommend.

The staff was so friendly and professional, this is what made my stay so wonderful. Everything is within walking distance and I did not need a car. I was able to walk to two beaches. The pool is gorgeous and the rooms are pristine clean and everything looks like New. It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine which I used regularly. I did not cook, but if you wanted to, there is a stove top, oven and all the essential items needed to prepare a meal and eat in your room or outside on your patio. The bedroom was soundproof as I did not hear anyone else at night. I would definitely come back to stay here if and when I return to Crete.

Located very close to local shops and the beach. Set on a slight hill with top rooms giving good views across the towns bay. Excellent modern self catering facilities in the deluxe sea view apartment we had, with kettle, coffee maker, fridge, oven and microwave. The bathroom was probably the best we have had in Greece. All the staff we came across were extremely helpful and friendly. The star was Katrina, who was always friendly, helpful and always smiling despite being very busy. Daily cleaners kept all of the areas extremely clean. 2 pools and never any problems getting a sun bed. A thoroughly relaxing stay and we would not hesitate to return.

What a truly wonderful escape from reality. I can't say enough wonderful words regarding the staff especially Katerina which is a true gem to the entire team!!! Rooms are sublime and the food was wonderful!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel is fabulous. Katrionia at reception was on hand anytime of the day with a smile on her face and loads of local knowledge. We stayed in the deluxe apartment with sea view. The balcony is huge and the view fabulous. The room very modern, spacious and clean. With welcome pack; robes; slippers and beach towels. I went for a deep skin massage as you do on holiday and i can honestly say it is on a par with ones in Thailand. The resort is lovely and not very expensive to eat out but very small. You defo need a car if you want to see around. We paid £80 round trip in a taxi to see Heraklion. A bit disappointed it wasn’t much of an old town.
