There is no reception at the time of my arrival which is their opening hours and George the manager went out to pick olivers for his own gain.
I called and no answer for hours. Wasted my whole day as I cannot travel far to the planned places.
The AC has no remote and heater cannot work. I suffer from 5 degree C cold weather with a slim blanket to cover at night. George, again, cannot help because he live far away and not willing to get you anything until next day.
I complained and ask for half refund as they ruined my 3 nights of vacation. George even threatened me saying that people have firearms in Crete and will use it.
Hot tub is a joke in repair and swimming pool is dirty. He will not clean for just a few guest.
Only thing good is a stray cat kept coming to my roomj. Pls stay away from greedy and lazy hotel.

George Is very Friendly Guy,apartament is 3 minutes walking from apartaments,There is resturants and shooping Mall,Very Quet place,and freundly and nice,I woul like to come again,there is private parking beside place ,Inthernet and Klima as well Perfect,I recommend this place ☺️

Pros: location of the hotel, smiling and visible hospitality of the hotel owner. Cons: behind the mask of hospitality hides a clear calculation. He will never miss to squeeze an extra penny from you. The room is pretty shabby. The air conditioner is so noisy that it can be heard in Heraklion). The lockers are broken, the bed creaks (don't even think about sex!))), the drainage system is clogged, the TV is practically useless (5 Greek channels). Believe me, there are better places in England Pelagia for the same money.

The place is charming, the lemon tree in front of our balcony and life in the field really transported us elsewhere. The parents' room was separate from the other room which also contained a kitchenette. It is not the latest, but it is clean and spacious. Above all, Georges' kindness made us have an excellent stay. We felt more like we were at a local's house than in a hotel. The breakfast was very generous. And you can do everything on foot, beaches, shopping and restaurants (very good in the village). Out of season it is a joy.

Zimmer war in Ordnung für den Preis jedoch war das Personal unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Beispielsweise hat der Inhaber zwischendurch einfach ein Bier spendiert. Außerdem waren die frisch gepressten Orangensäfte sehr lecker. Der Standort war ebenfalls in guter Nähe zum Strand und zu einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Des Weiteren hatten wir am Abreisetag die Möglichkeit solange wir wollen im Zimmer zu bleiben und entspannt zu packen.
