Irida Hotel Agia Pelagia

Seems very brand new cos opened 2 weeks ago after long renovation works. But still needs some improvements just like flowing waters from shower booth into the toilet and show tap?

We visited this beautiful hotel in sept 2023 and can honestly say how wonderful it is, every member of staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern, it’s definitely got a chilled vibe (no fighting for sun beds) but loved the music around the pool bar as well . We ate at the hotel a few times which is something we never do and the food is exceptional. We just started our search for this yrs holiday and can’t find anything that can live up to the standard you have set so we look forward to coming back now in sept 2024 again something we never do, can’t wait to return

The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained and spotlessly clean. There is a sense of space and lots of little areas you can take yourself off to for a little bit of privacy. Everyone who works at the hotel is friendly and authentic and without a doubt it is the Team at the Irida which made our stay that extra little bit specials. Always welcoming, willing to help and professional. We loved our stay.

Design is super beautiful and comfortable, open space room with terrace feels very comfy, all is near few steps away, lots of nice places to chill, comfy sunbeds with matraces, sitting bags, comfy chairs, hammocks and various palces to relax, read and chill. The appatments have all you need, also kitchen, and the once down have private terraces by the pool, which is great! Down pool was super quite and those tent beds are fenomenal, upper pool had a good bar and also great places to sunbath and chill. Lots of flowers, and all minimalist and organic design made me feel very relaxed. Extremely nice friendly staff especialy Simon and Stefanos, Elena and also Elizabeth and Maria, Cronis...also daily celaning was top! All very very helpful, always smiling, willing. Also outdoor gym was fab! And massages with Dimitra were a delight! Beach, supermarket and restaurants are just 5min walk, food in hotel Bostani restaurnat was plenty, big portions and delicous, they were able to customize for my allergies, and the whole place didnt feel crowded even fully booked, due to terrace layout - I loved it all. The only minor incovenience at the end of season was the pools were not heated and thus a bit too cold, not much sun after 5 o clock, coz its oriented north, as is the sea - but most day it was very nice and sea view is amazing, too. And if they added sauna or some coomon outdoor jacuzzi it woulb be superb! The end of season discount made it very good value. Overally Im absolutely satisfied and Id be happy to come back.

The apartments are perfectly located, modern, clean, close to the beach and our seaview was great. Yes, there are stairs but being located at the toplevel it was only 85 stairs all in total. And on arrival we got assistence with the luggage. That brings me to the staff: super friendly, always willing to help, never negative. We were guest during the last week of the season. One could expect that the staff was tired but this was not all the case. The swimmingpool is a perfect place to relax. The barman is alway friendly and ready for a raki. The Bostani restaurant serves great dishes for local prices. So all together: we had a great week and will return when possible. Thanks to all the staff of Irida apartments!!

What a great family hotel, very friendly people, enormous customer experience. The kitchen is terrific good vaandel a lot variety. Service at table poolbar, breakfast , lunch and dinner are great. The hotelroom we had was brilliant. Nice view over the sea and city. Everything was 100 0/0 ok for us.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Hotel is beautiful in its entirety, but the rooms are also great! Breakfast is fine and the cocktails are delicious. But the best thing about this hotel is the people who work there. Everyone is super sweet and helpful. Our kids loved it too!
