酒店非常適合度假，環境優美，有泳池和美麗的沙灘，去克諾索斯宮和博物館開車15-20分鐘，工作人員都很熱情友好，早餐非常豐盛，晚餐是自助餐，也非常好，隔天會有克里特島特色有音樂和舞蹈表演，總之是一家性價比很好的酒店，我們一行4人都很滿意。唯一不足就是房間設施有點老舊，有一個房間的洗手盆下水是壞的。

Nous sommes arrivés depuis deux jours au Crête Beach. Le complexe est très sympa, beaux jardins La plage est très agréable. La nourriture est de bonne qualité et variée. Les chambres dans les bungalow ne sont pas très grandes mais très bien décorées avec une belle terrasse. Pas de miroir dans la chambre = fautre grave 😅 Ce qui nous dérange: les personnes aux bracelets verts (pension complète ou demi pension ?) sont immédiatement servies au restaurant alors que nous qui avons déjà payé un all in devons aller chercher nos boissons. Ça donne une mauvaise image a l'hotel !!! Dommage. Un all in un peu limite, quasi tous les cocktails sont payants. Pas d'eau dans la chambre mais peut être récupéré à la réception tous les jours.

Que de dire, Hôtel très sympa, chambre propre et taille pour 2 suffisante. Nourriture de bonne qualité, personnel plutôt sympa. Pour le négatif. En pension complète ou demi pension. Vous avez l’avantage d’avoir un serveur à table au restaurant qui vient de suite prendre votre commande. Ben oui. Faut vendre Par contre en all in pas un seul serveur ne s’intéresse à vous, si vous voulez boire faut allez au bar chercher votre boisson c’est de la discrimination vu que nous avons payé pour ce service avant. Au buffet souvent limité surtout le dessert très limité. Snack à la piscine. Un morceau de pizza et 2 morceaux de cakes et de la glace c’est tout ce qui est proposé si vous avez un creux Certains cocktails sont payants étrange. Même en all in. On se demande pq on paie si cher un all in si il faut encore payer son cocktail. Dans la chambre 3 limonades et 2 petites bouteilles d’eaux à votre arrivé après plus rien. Si vous voulez boire ou faire votre café le matin faut aller chercher 2 petites bouteilles d’eaux à la réception. Une fois ok. Mais non chaque fois. Pas normal pour un all in . Coffre fort payant. Et oui faut encore payer. La plage est belle mais sale dommage. On ne voit jamais personne nettoyer mégots papiers etc… Pour nous ce sera une déception. Quel dommage. Nous ne reviendrons plus ici. Trop cher pour le service proposé.

Athina with Aegeo spas was so kind. She knew exactly what I needed and catered to my requests. She had such a good spirit and really helped me relax. A delightful break from the sun of our beach day. The products used were incredible as well. Definitely recommend!

Leider waren wir nur 3 Tage in dem schönen Hotel. Hier stimmte alles - Sauberkeit, Zimmer, Strand, Essen und Service. Der schöne Sandstrand ist sehr sauber, es gibt genügend Liegen. Beim Frühstück auf der Terasse sitzt man direkt am Meer. Es wird versucht, wirklich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir kommen wieder, vielen Dank für alles!

I had a really lovely stay at Civitel Creta Beach! Beautiful pool and extremely comfy bed. Warm and friendly staff. Delicious food - perhaps the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. Fresh, healthy, tasty and an incredible selection. Easy bus into Heraklion.
