Beautiful place , friendly staff, clean rooms, nice swimming pools

We had a great first stay at this hotel, so much so we are coming back in a few months!! Room was great, we opted for a sea view room, and the location was ideal...located in the main building so a lift straight down to reception. Staff were brilliant, bar tenders were always happy to help and we even did the cocktail making class one evening, the 2 guys that ran this were so funny and made every effort to make the class special for the small group of us that attended, even getting to go behind the bar and make our own. Favourite cocktail is the Gusto de Corfu!! Pool areas were great, we mixed it up every day and went to the beach, or the 2 different pools, never usually busy until after breakfast which was good for getting a sunbed. Pools cold but have come to expect this everywhere. Food was nice, few of the themed nights we struggled just due to lack of anything "exciting", we aren't fussy eaters and can eat anything but it just felt like there wasn't anything that great to write home about. Desserts were also a let down, having been to Cyprus a number of times to various hotels, they usually include hot desserts, chocolate puddings, apple pie, some kind of baked fruit etc but this hotel was all cold individual cakes, yoghurt and fruit and some ice cream, so a bit disappointing. The only other thing to mention with regards the main restaurant were the cleanliness of plates. Everyday I would have to search for plates that were clean, each time I picked one up it has either a film over it, like it hadnt been cleaned/rinsed properly so left residue, or on one occasion there was food stuck to the bottom of it!! Clearly the whole plate isn't being washed or put into a dishwasher if a bit chunk of food is still on the bottom...which puts me off to think they are just being rinsed under water. Please improve this and spent longer cleaning these, guests dont want to eat off dirty plates. Entertainment we thought was great!! Down at the beach most nights we had a jazz singer, a light acrobatic show, another band and an outdoor cinema. All really well done, the entertainment inside the hotel was mainly singers, and it tends to get quite busy so we didnt usually stay. All in all, a great holiday with some improvements to be made hopefully.

We spent our holiday at Marbella Corfu and had an amazing time. The staff, organization, location, and overall value were all excellent. Everything was perfect, and our kids ask every weekend when we can go back. We will definitely return.

Almost perfect. Beautiful location, stunning hotel and decor. Food great, especially buffet - a La cartes could be better. Cocktails great. Brilliant water park for kids and a stunning decking to swim from. Main issue is wasps - you can’t eat or drink anything outside without being swarmed. My husband was stung and we saw a lady get stung in the eye. If it wasn’t for wasps would definitely return.

We spent 5 nights at MaBella Corfu, and we can describe it as an excellent family holiday. Friendly and hardworking staff, an excellent location with activities for all ages, and varied, enjoyable food options. A waterpark for kids, multiple pools. The hotel engages evening entertainment like mini-discos, and convenient proximity to attractions or shopping. We had a positive family holiday experience by a great overall guest satisfaction, exceptional quality of staff, the quality of the amenities, and the resort's ability to create lasting, happy memories for families.

A beautiful and impeccably organized hotel. All the staff excellent. The entertainment was wonderful,especially for kids,the girls in the animation team made every day unforgettable for my children. Special thanks for Vinci, absolutely number one and full of positive energy! The rooms were really spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. An excellent experience.

Exceptional hotel with amazing service, fantastic food quality/choice, and genuinely hardworking staff. This is our 4th visit and our first time visiting with our baby, and once again we’ve had a brilliant experience. The setting is beautiful, the staff are kind and attentive, and the overall atmosphere is exactly why we continue to return. The only disappointing aspect at times has honestly been some of the guests rather than the hotel itself (mostly those of the older generation with entitled attitudes) It’s surprising how many people seem determined to spend their holiday complaining - whether that’s about waiting a little longer for a drink during busy periods, or showing irritation towards families with young children enjoying their holiday. Personally, if I am describing you above I think a little perspective and gratitude goes a long way to enjoying your holiday. The staff here work incredibly hard, often under pressure, and still remain friendly and professional throughout. Patience, kindness and appreciation towards them costs nothing. If you’re considering this hotel and worried about any negative reviews, don’t be. In our experience, this hotel delivers exactly what it promises and we’ll happily continue returning. Remember most of the overly negative reviews likely come from the kind of people who lack patience, always enjoy finding things to complain about and lack gratitude and manners in their day to day Thank you again to all the staff for another wonderful stay!!!

This hotel is doing a lot of things right. It’s my third time here in 5 years and I’m mostly happy with it. The location is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and the food is generally good. It’s a beautiful location and nicely styled hotel which is kept clean and has high standards of customer service. We have stayed in 4 different parts of the resort over the years and all have their pros and cons. If you can afford the apartments you will have a very peaceful experience. The hotel rooms all have compromises. Our current room on the 4th floor is absolutely massive, giving us 2 bathrooms, including a walk in shower, and plenty of space but it does suffer with a lot of noise from the restaurant above us and the staff entrance nearby. That is still preferable to our previous room which was smaller and had only a shower over a bath, which was a little cramped and risky to use for people with mobility issues. Hard to explain but the bath is not flat bottomed so quite easy to slip over. A few things have improved since our first stay in 2021: A second breakfast buffet has opened in the refurbished Kuzina restaurant. A new rooftop bar has opened above the Kuzina. They are now allowing small inflatables in the pool when there was a total ban before. You can enjoy meals at their newest hotel Avali, 2 mins away, which is a bit posher! A few things have changed that I assume are caused by cost pressures but really aren’t working in my opinion. The coffee service at breakfast is now very slow, for 2 reasons: -they have stopped using large coffee pots and are relying on one barista plus a number of automated machines. I don’t know for sure but I’d guess there are fewer waiting staff too. -you now have to order via their app, which doesn’t always work The app ordering system is mostly fine for drinks around the pool but at breakfast I want my coffee within 5 minutes and that hasn’t happened once all week. The other issue is the lack of an adults only area. I am here with children so I’m not anti-kids but there is no where to escape the screaming around the pools. I’m fairly sure there used to be one sunbathing terrace that was adults only but this seems to have been removed. But overall it’s definitely very pleasant place to stay and enjoy the view.

We have just returned from another wonderful stay at Marbella Corfu and once again had a fabulous holiday. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and the sea views are truly something special to wake up to each morning. The gardens throughout the resort are stunning and immaculately maintained, which really adds to the whole atmosphere of the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming. We were checked in and out by Evangelia who is absolutely lovely, attentive, and a real credit to the hotel. Having visited last September as well, it was so nice to see some familiar faces again — Polina, Katerina, Eli (apologies if I’ve spelt that incorrectly), and Konstantina from Kuzina. There were many more wonderful staff whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch, but every single person was friendly, professional, and nothing ever felt too much trouble. A special mention must go to Konstantina, who kindly spoke with her manager to arrange a reservation for us at Kuzina for my husband’s birthday, which we really appreciated. Eric, the Manager, was always visible around the hotel, regularly stopping to chat with guests and making everyone feel genuinely welcome. He also arranged for us to dine at Avali one evening, which was another lovely experience. Thank you as well to the Manager at Avali for his hospitality. The food overall was excellent, plentiful, and varied, with lots of dining options throughout the resort. The only disappointment during our stay was our meal at Celeste. We had been particularly looking forward to returning after enjoying it so much last September. The starters were excellent, however my mussels main course was very small with only eight mussels in the bowl, and my husband’s beef cheeks dish consisted mostly of fat. When we mentioned this to a member of staff, she said she would inform the chef but unfortunately left without offering any alternative or further assistance. We also found the hotel app worked perfectly during our previous visit, but this year there seemed to be some difficulties with it. Hopefully this is just early season teething problems and improves as the season progresses. Although this is a family hotel and we completely appreciate that, there were noticeably more very young children during this visit compared to last September, particularly in the 0–3 age group, and at times the noise levels in the main restaurant became quite overwhelming. Perhaps an adults-only dining area could be something worth considering in future. Overall though, this was another truly memorable holiday, and I should add that Marbella Corfu is the only hotel we have ever returned to, which says everything. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay, and my husband’s birthday, so special once again.
