très bel établissement , très cosy, en bord de mer, avec chambres bien isolées les unes des autres. la plupart avec vues exceptionnelles, belle piscine jolie plage privée , grand calme. personnel très aimable et restaurant très correct. petit défaut de maintenance sur peintures et matelas terrasse.

It would be difficult to fault this wonderful small, quiet, exclusive 5 star property. Beautifully created with wonderful views, fantastic suites, and truly fabulous service. Often service lets down a beautiful property like this, but not here. From booking to arrival and departure all was seamless. Nikolaos who handled the reservation was flawless, Christos who welcomed us was attentive to any requirements, Mariana (F&B) was tremendous recommending fab local wines and sea salt infused local beer. The evening bartender (can't recall his name) was charming, mixing a great local negroni. Everyone there went above and beyond and even on our ultra early departure Nikolaos met us with breakfast in a box for the airport transfer! We will be back!

Beautiful location. Great staff. Lovely boutique hotel that makes you feel welcome. Always room around the pool, always space for dinner if you choose to eat in. Rooms are superb, very spacious. Only a short 10 euro taxi ride into Ag Nic. Been here 3 times now, has become our go to place in Crete

My husband and I recently spent 2 nights at The Island Concept. It is a beautiful boutique resort in a gorgeous setting. Our room was very comfortable, with a private pool and seafront view. Breakfast was great, with multiple choices. We ate dinner at the restaurant both nights, and the food was delicious, with a variety of dishes. The outdoor setting for meals was lovely, and they have a nice outdoor bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was very relaxing and felt very secluded from the rest of the Crete beach scene.

Ce resort est de petite taille mais très luxueux,intimiste et raffiné. Très belle piscine à débordement avec une vue mer époustouflante. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié la petite plage privée belle et tranquille. Propreté irréprochable dans tout le resort et service particulièrement aimable et attentionné! Le petit-déjeuner est de très belle qualité et le dîner fort agréable! Mention spéciale au manager, Nikos, fort sympathique et efficace. En résumé j'ai un séjour relaxant et réellement agréable et je reviendrai dans cet hôtel avec grand plaisir!

We had 6 nights here and had a wonderful time. A stunning location overlooking the bay and far off mountains. Our room was huge with its own small pool and large terrace together with sunbeds and wonderful views. Separate living room and TV and a bathroom that could have been bigger perhaps with a bath would have helped . Lovely clean and spotless decor. I found the bed a little on the hard side but the hotel kindly provided some duvets to go over the mattress. Outside is gain perfect , lovely white furniture , great bar and oh so friendly and helpful staff . Good breakfast. Overall a lovely relaxing stay.
