Hôtel idéalement situé sur Istron Bay, tout proche de Voulisma beach, Agios Nikolaos, Eloundao ou encore Ierapetra pour atteindre par bateau Chrissi Island. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine entière dans une superbe chambre avec vue sur la Istron Bay ! Une vue magnifique ! L'accueil a été remarquable digne d'un 5 étoiles ! 🙏🙏
Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec beaucoup de choix.
L'hôtel nous a organisé un dîner sur la baie pour une grande occasion, ce fut MAGNIFIQUE ! 🙏😁MERCI à toute l'équipe pour votre accueil, votre générosité et votre bienveillance... Nous y retournerons sûrement !!

Molto simpatici gli animatori Cristina Alessio Luca ed Antonella molto simpatici ma il cibo pessimo la pasta era dura e non si mischiava con il sugo la carne era buona e ben cotta le salsicce erano buone ma di una parte di maiale che faceva venire la nausea

Beautiful view and clean beach, but the hotel building was outdated. The air conditioner dripped all night, and the noise from the neighbouring room via internal door was unbearable. It ruined my sleep quality.

He pasado unos maravillosos días de vacaciones en esta preciosa cala. Lo mejor fue el masaje relajante que me dio Amalia el último día. Me fui como nueva. Se duerme muy bien. Y el desayuno de buffet es muy abundante y rico. Para desconectar totalmente

The location of the hotel is outstanding. The access to a private beach is so special. However the rooms are tired & the pool smelt very odd. The staff are fantastic & really helped us when my husband fell ill.

Punti di forza: Sicuramente la location in una baia meraviglia Gita in barca: lo skipper Tassos che ci ha guidato con il suo motoscafo è stato un grande professionista il quale ci ha fatto vedere le spiagge più belle ed un mare incantevole. Da non perdere ne vale la pena! Punti di debolezza: Albergo vecchio , struttura probabilmente in passato di livello ma ad oggi trascurata Pulizia precaria Camere con una bella vista ma vecchie e sporche Ci siamo lamentati per 2 gg sull’acqua della doccia che scendeva più fredda che tiepida Colazione: da dimenticare…..completamente disorganizzata ; locale poco pulito Manca, a mio avviso, un coordinamento generale; tutto è dato al caso e .in una struttura di quel livello non dovrebbe mai accadere Reception: alcuni si impegnavano ma mancava la base….come ci pone con i clienti….

Si je devais résumer notre séjour d’une semaine dans cet hôtel, je dirais : cadre époustouflant, prestations correctes, personnel adorable, potentiel malheureusement partiellement exploité. Le cadre est magnifique, il m’a rarement été donné de trouver un hôtel aussi bien placé et de taille raisonnable. Voir photos du balcon et depuis la plage en accès direct depuis l’hôtel ci joint. Les prestations sont correctes: agence de location de voiture sur place, petite boutique au Rez de chaussée, quelqu’un de présent à la réception et quasiment toute heure (numéro d’urgence si besoin). Mention spéciale pour les serveurs du restaurant de la plage et plus particulièrement Anna et Yamis (pas sure de l’orthographe) ainsi que la jeune fille (avec des tatouages) qui est au buffet du petit déjeuner le matin. Notre séjour pluvieux (manque de chance) a été clairement ensoleillé par leur humeur rayonnante et toutes leurs petites attentions. Merci à eux 3 Les repas étaient bons et copieux, inutile de prévoir de gros repas le midi car entre le petit déjeuner et le dîner (demi pension) c’est déjà plus que suffisant. Le potentiel est partiellement exploité car l’hôtel est vieillissant et mérite un petit rafraîchissement, quand on vient dans un 5* on s’attend toute de même à quelque chose de plus confortable (Climatisation, literie, salle de bains…). Cela reste tout de même une très belle expérience ! (Attention aux cloportes et aux mille pattes, pas méchants mais il y en a partout )
