Bella Beach is a nice hotel. We stayed for six nights end of April and on the whole it's all good. The hotel is smaller than some it's neighbours, so it's not a huge complex but I felt this was a bonus as everything was easy to find and not too far to travel to rooms. Hotel is kept immaculately clean and in good condition. Rooms looked like the photos online and they were cleaned daily. Beds were comfortable, personally I found the pillows a bit too thin but I asked for an extra one at reception and my request was actioned very quickly. You can't fault the food in the hotel, even if there's something you don't like I can't see how you wouldn't find something you do like as there's so much choice and the offering is plentiful. There's also plenty of fresh fruit and salads if you're looking for healthier options, (however I can confirm the deserts are well worth trying)! The chef and his team put on quite a display over Easter, there were different food themes each night but Easter was a great feast, see photos. Staff at the hotel were genuinely very attentive and pleasant, in most cases they couldn't do enough for you, in particular a lady who worked in the dining room at breakfast and dinner, I didn't get her name but she was so lovely! I saw return guests come back to the hotel and go hug her and say hello again, she's clearly loved by many. The entertainment team were doing a great job, there isn't a huge water park at the hotel but the team really seem to focus on entertainment for kids and families. They do lots of short fun activities and games throughout the day so there's plenty of fun to be had by all. Kristina, in the entertainment team is a real superstar, full of energy and joy and she works really hard to make sure activities are as inclusive as possible and really cares about people she works with day to day. Pool areas were great, indoor pool is lovely and still heated. Whilst there my elderly mum slipped on the tiling in the doorway of the indoor pool, the floor was wet as weather had been a bit ropey and a lot of people and children used the indoor pool that day. The hotel has a doctor visit daily in case guests need any kind of medical support and this service was particularly useful for us. We had travel/medical insurance and were able to utilise the service to get x-rays and check no real damage had been caused, the service was great and super quick, we were even chauffeured to a medical centre and the whole process was complete within 2 hours (this included consultation and x-rays). My request is that the hotel put some sort of non-slip swimming pool mats at the entrance to the spa (see photo with current doormat there, it barely covers the space). This area is literally the only bit of the hotel you could slip and fall. One receptionist shouted at us and told us you are supposed to wear shoes by the pool, but there is no signage or advice of this at any pool in the hotel. (Also not very nice of you to tell off an elde
