Enorme tenuta immersa nel verde dei colli ticinesi.
Soggiornato per festeggiare il compleanno,non ha deluso le aspettative
Bellissimo le zone relax all’esterno
Forse leggermente piccola la zona SPA
Nel complesso comunque tutto bene

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Das Zimmer, die Einrichtung und Service waren 1a. Leider fand ich es ein wenig zu kalt von der Athmosphäre, da sehr wenig Personen da waren. Auch das Restaurant war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu elitär und alleine essen macht auch nicht so viel Spass.

The property itself is stunning, super quiet, beautifully maintained gardens, gorgeous views etc, but the rooms are different story. They falsely advertise double rooms as 32sq m, which is an absolute lie . Our room was barely 20 sqm. Awful beds & even worse cheap bedding linen. We had only 1 pillow each, when we asked for extra pillows the same person who works as a receptionist brought us extra two even more awful quality pillows. The room quality is a real shame otherwise would be fantastic relaxing hotel.

Wunderbare Lage mitten in der Natur mit herrlicher Aussicht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders toll war das Wine Tasting. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo hotel meraviglioso. Tutto bello e curato, ci siamo sentiti a casa e abbiamo potuto staccare la spina. I camerieri in sala super alla mano, professionali e simpatici. La cucina buona. La piscina ben tenuta, insomma tutto perfetto! Se devo trovare una pecca: gli ascensori! Non si capisce fino a che piano vadano e in più li aspetti per qualche minuto, un po’ troppo direi!

Very nice resort. Lovely rooms. Great swimming pools both indoor and outdoor. Lovely grounds. Good sauna and spa. The restaurant does not have a large range of food, except for a very good breakfast. Also sometimes closes if a function is on. Then you cannot get a meal even by room service. You must have a car because there is no transport provided from the resort except on arrival and departure. They will call a taxi for you. You can catch a bus into Lugano, but it is not a very frequent service. The resort staff are lovely and very helpful and obliging. The free internet does not work particularly well.
