The location is not in the city center. You have to take an Uber. There is no food nearby. But the room is quite clean. There is no toilet paper attached. Please pay attention to this.

Hotel rich grand is a group of scammers. I made a prepaid booking through trip.com for 17th nov and arrived hotel at 2am due to heavy traffic but when we reached the hotel they denied to check in by saying room is already soldout to someone else after a few minutes of discussion they offer us another room for additional 2600INR for another room. But when I reached out to trip.com for the redundancy they end up giving false statement and refused to refund my payments by claiming room was provided to the guest as agreed.

The location is near taj mahal. Easy sightseeing factor. Available tour guides. Pleasant stay. Cleanliness all over. Good staff. And of course make my trip made it easier to find.

No hot water, someone will ring the bell at 130. Am, very costly food. Every-time tip will be asked for room service. Avoid this place

Big room, but bathroom is small and has problem with water draining. Water puddle infront of the bathroom door after showering. Staff very courteous and willing to help.

I booked with dinner and breakfast. Food was bery good, rooms neat and clean. Breakfast decent. If you are gee-ting with dinner under 3k go for it.
