Good service quality, enthusiastic and friendly staff, good location. However, the water heater in the room did not work, so we had to ask the staff for assistance

It's about a five-minute drive from the Taj Mahal, so it's quite central, but there's not much going on near the hotel. The room is nice, but the maintenance is average. The restaurant tastes good, and you can swim and have a massage when you have time.

We returned to this hotel for the second time because our first experience was superb and we did not regret it. The room was spacious, clean, the bed relatively large. Both restaurants are very good. We recommend the buffet for the North27 restaurant and going to the Kebab Que E restaurant in the evening for dinner for a very nice Indian experience with dishes cooked in front of you behind glass. We also thank the staff members and especially Subham and Tanmay for their hospitality.

The rooms were awesome! The service at the front desk, the restaurant staff and the spa was fantastic. The staff members were very friendly and were ever so ready to serve with a smile.

We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree. Adnan at front desk was impeccable with his service, he also organised door-to-door transport to Jaipur from Agra. An excellent stay, highly recommend!
