Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient Room was very clean staff was also very nice 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Everything was fine but i will say that food quality can be better

Hotel, room, staff, and service is very good

The hotel is good in all respect. Even the location is good. But only thing which was disturbing is that the lift of the hotel gone out of order from 20. 3. 23, on the day of our check in and remained inoperative till 22. 3. 23, the day we checked out. Our rooms were in 3rd floor and we 3 senior citizen had to walk the stairs during our stay. ***agement of the hotel is most casual, unprofessional and ineffective.

1. We checked in later than the mentioned time for check-in, yet our rooms were either not vacant or not ready, we waited 30 min for our check-in 2. There was no water in our bathroom( we booked 3 rooms, 2 of them dint had water ) for our entire stay, even after being told, they didn't hear it and they repaired it when we were checking out, they came 5-6 times to tell us to check out when we couldn't even shower because of no - water 3. Staff was rude, we asked for an extra towel, but they refused, and they dint even have a kettle 4. 1 of our rooms was garden facing ( which was some shabby park ) that room had a balcony ( from where u can directly see our bedroom and hear what we are talking or doing ) that balcony was accessible from outside the room ( which is a shared hall. I asked their staff ***y times to lock it, yet they dint even responded 5. Slow service, food tasted good (was expensive ) but the service is very slow we ordered parathas, had to call them 2-3 times for it, and even the butter jam was given to us after 30-40minutes ( it was just toasted bread with a 2 rupee packet of small jam )

Staff is so good and helpful too cleaning is best

Worst stay. Thou the rooms looked decent but there was no water im washroom. We had to complain thrice and still there was no water. Balcony that was attached to our bedroom was accessible from outside the room. There was no privacy. Staff was not helpful at all. They dint even provide towels when i asked them. There was no first aid kit available too

I gave average review to this property not because any bad experience but i must suggest hotel ***agment to improve few more ammenities to the guests like food was good but limited food and variety is their, no buffet is available, electric kettle is also not available in room, bathrooms are too large that is not needed and rooms got shrink. Aprt from that hotel location and staff behaviour is good.

Rooms & washroom in the hotel were clean. Staff behaviour was also good. We got a nice view of taj mahal from hotel terrace. It is situated in good location as well. You can get ola cabs autos. So overall this a good hotel in good price. Will recommend this to others. Only demerit is non veg and outside food not allowed which i think is ***ageable as you can order veg food from the hotel itself.
