Hotel Dazzle

The worst hotel where I have ever stayed, they should prohibit it from being open to the public, too dirty, deteriorated, the bathroom is disgusting, the rooms are very dirty, it's like something out of a horror movie. The bathroom is the worst, it seems like it had never been cleaned, the shower didn't work. The Internet did not work, the room door was smashed. Very average attention, I don't understand why such disgusting places can exist in India. It is preferable to sleep on the street, it is scary to get in. Their rooms.

The bathroom was shabby, W/C full stains, mirror very old and faded, cockroaches on the cot, tiles removed from the ground. Linen not clean, A/C was good. Staff good, electrical sockets broken and not working. Very near to Taj Mahal and Fort.

We are paid money for DAZLING hut. There is bath water problem, drinking water issue, they are maintain Zero percent hygiene.If someone wants to enjoy slum area lifestyle in three star hotel, then it's very good hotel for those people. We are cancelled our some plans just because of delayed service from hotel ***agement. Staff is also very lazy. I have never even think to book DAZLING hotel in Agra because of such kind of horrible service.

To anyone reading this lines: PLEASE DONT EVEN THINK IN STAYING IN THIS RATS HOLE! This is the worst hotel ive seen in all my life. When we got there, they offered a smelly room, that wasnt been cleaned since last customer. Floor was dirty, bed clothes hasnt been changed, bathroom smell and didnt work, we even saw some cocroaches in common áreas. The attention and services of the staff where horrible as well, they didnt want to clean the room when we pointed out that it has bedsheets that where obviously not cleaned. We even saw some hairs from the last customer inside the bed!!! Thats totally unaceptable. After seeing all this extremely negative higiene and attention, we moved to other hostel. I didnt mind loosing my reservation money as much as leaving this hellish place as soon as possible. I simply couldnt stay there 1 minute more. This hotel is a scam trap, i really hope it gets closed and teared down by health authorities. There are ***y ***y options in Agra, and this band of scammers dont deserve to steal more money.
