Hotel is conveniently located about 500 meters from the Taj Mahal, within walking distance or a short Tuktuk drive. It has a few restaurants on its premises which is great because it offers some options. I might not stay as long next time but would recommend a short stay for convenience.

The location is perfect, the structure of the hotel is very good, it has 03 restaurants, 01 bar on the terrace, 01 refreshment kiosk, shops, tourist agency, it is truly incredible. The service for the most part is excellent and very friendly, only at the hotel reception it leaves something to be desired. And, about cleaning the pool in addition to basic painting/renovations in the common areas, which hide the great beauty that is inside the hotel.

The staff was very kind, the location was within walking distance to the Taj Mahal (about 15 minutes), and there was a souvenir shop affiliated with His next door. There wasn't anything particularly close by, but I was able to purchase water and snacks at a nearby store. I think the Taj Mahal is the main attraction when visiting Agra, so it would be convenient to stay here. I wanted to see the sunrise and went out early in the morning when it was still dark, so I was afraid to walk, so I used an Uber taxi, but I was able to hail one right away, and it was a convenient place for public transportation with plenty of taxis nearby! However, there were no tissues in the room and the shower holder was broken. The inside of the room is clean◎

I was told that the plan I applied for was not available, so after contacting trip.com's customer support chat, I was able to use the benefit safely!
Please be careful if you make a reservation with a plan that includes breakfast + lunch or dinner.
I also recommend this hotel for those going to the Taj Mahal as it is about 10 to 15 minutes away by liquid.

My stay in the hotel during our Agra visit was very pleasant. The staff was very polite and courteous. I would like to specially mention about the staff on duty during my kid playing in the swimming pool. He was really kind and took care of the kids while they played in the water. The property is very nice and in case they take care of the maintenance a little, it will look even better.

Stay at Howard fern residency was awesome... specially their rooftop restaurant was a lit and food was also good.Hospitality was also good. We were really happy with the arrangements..the staff was very polite ..we loved it absolutely..

The Rooms were excellent, and the whole ambience of the hotel was amazing. The Qairo Restaurant had an amazing vibe and food.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at every step of the way. All of problems were solved instantly with prompt service.

Nice stay, really comfortable rooms and great food with great service. The hotel staff is very polite and quick to help in case of any emergency. Buffet spread was also nice and service provided is also great. Hotel is very close to the taj mahal and enjoys great connectivity with major attractions of city
