Very expensive for what you get. Pictures are very skewed. Front desk service was terrible. Not an impressive property and over priced.

Liked: I stayed here for 2 nights and felt very comfortable and safe as a solo female traveller. The room was comfortable and clean, the location was convenient, staff were helpful and there were lots of options at the buffet breakfast. I was particularly impressed that the ***ager, Yogesh, remembered my 2-day itinerary and asked how my day was. Disliked: The staff were noisy in the corridor one night but it didn't last long. I could also here the outside noise a bit from my room. Once, a staff member asked if I wanted to visit the hotel shop, which annoyed me. (I'm of the opinion that if someone wants to buy something, they will seek to do so themselves.)

We stopped for 1 night, we had a large room with a separate put up bed for the third adult which wasn't comfortable. The shower room was a good size. The room had a fridge, safe and kettle. There are about 6 sunbeds by the pool, towels provided too... it looks nothing like the photos...the wooden planks are all loose and hazardous they need replacing. Nice for an hour of relaxing but the pool also needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast was adequate, freshly cooked eggs and local dishes as well as fruit. Reception staff friendly.

Bon rapport qualité et globalement bon service. Nous étions dans une chambre standard et rien à redire : propre, fonctionnelle, salle de bain correcte, et surtout calme (rare dans cette ville d'Agra). Ce n'est pas un petit hôtel de charme comme on peut en trouver dans des régions plus calmes mais à Agra...on est dans une ville de business et pas facile de trouver de bon rapports qualité / prix : ici la vie est chère et le service est moins attentionné qu'ailleurs. Ceci dit, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Petit déjeuner très correct. Nous n'avons pas diner à l'hôtel.

Hotel muy grande y moderno. La habitación muy amplia y confortable. El baño tenía muy poca iluminación en el espejo. El desayuno con gran variedad de comida india y algo dulce, como en todos los hoteles. Las tostadas y las tortitas no fallan. El servicio de restaurante bueno y el personal muy amable. La ubicación es buena, cerca del Taj Mahal. Puedes encontrar con facilidad un rickshaw en la puerta para poder desplazarte. Hotel recomendable para aloj**** en esta ciudad.

Excellent stay arranged by our tour company. Froendly, service-oriented staff. Comfortable room. I had a massage that included standard massage, potice massage with herbs and oil and another ayurvedic massage practice. After we checked out and sight seeing, we returned to the hotel to spend time before our overnight train. The staff welcomed us and it was a comfortable space-to pass time— with wifi— and good food from the restaurant.
