Smelly room, ac not working also no fan, tribble staying at the retreat. As its and 100% refundable policy kindly initiate refund. We have checked in night so we don’t have any options left to change

The hotel is located just 1 km away from the taj mahal, which made it very convenient for me to visit this amazing wonder of the world. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially rahul, a***, yogesh and ms rashi. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food was also above average, with the breakfast being top-rated. Overall, i would highly recommend the retreat at agra to anyone looking for a great place to stay in agra.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

Best location, very near to taj mahal. In the city only. Good food reasonable price, enjoyed lots in swimming pool, clean swimming pool, good amenities and good services, breakfast was good with all different type of foods, overall good place to stay

I could not sleep because in night 2 am to 5 am there is noise and disturbance. I called receptionist but there is no workout
