Sun hotel staff is good but room is not clean and fan is damage

The mrp of mineral water is 20 rupees but they took 30 rupees per bottle
and room wasn't clean. Towel wasn't kept in room

Unhygienic bathroom, choked shower, no exhaust in bathroom, no hanger, no dustbin, crawling centipede, window with no wiremesh, tv with only. 2-3 channels, in food only aaloo paratha and sandwich. Intercom not working. Staff behaviour good,

No service. No choice in breakfast only paratha for complete stay. Staff openly asking repeatedly for tips. Bathroom stuff not maintained. Shower and flush not maintain. Staff only interested in arranging travel for their cut.

Hotel is located at 100 meters from main road. Near to mg road and 3 kms from agra fort and 5 kms from taj mahal. You get free private open parking. Rooms are average. There is restaurant available at good price.

Food is not good, maximum staff is be-hour is not good, toilet is not cleaned, room service almost not available in ***ner, room is full of mosquito, we arranged mosquitoo refill my receptionist by doing mutiple request, overall experiance is very bad during stay
