This was our second visit to the Oberoi Amarvilas Agra. The hotel is amazing, and the location within sight of the Taj is unmatched. The staff is what truly makes this hotel exceptional. They shine in every respect. Highly recomended.

This is obviously the best place to stay in Agra. We spent three magical nights. The grounds, rooms, dining is superlative. The view of Taj Mahal from your bedroom is the jewel in the crown. Kudos to the Oberoi team for their hospitality. I also appreciate the tour guide they provided Muzammil, thoroughly knowledgeable and polite.

Having visited a number of Oberoi hotels on this trip this has to be by far the grandest of them all. The attention to detail and service standards are high at all times. We found that each of the hotels has its own personality. The rooms all overlooking the Taj Mahal, is this not why you visit Agra? The pool, facilities, restaurants and spa were faultless. I can see why this hotel made the worlds top 50 hotels, it’s certainly in our top 5 ever. Each experience feels personalised, you don’t all just get treated the same. The element that stood out the most was the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel, seeing daily the amount of work going into making the place perfect really shows. We would go back 100%

Our experience at the Oberoi was living a dream Visiting the Taj Mahal was my wife’s long time dream vacation. Being able to stay at the Oberoi helped perfect the dream. The facility is magnificent the rooms are plush and roomy. We had a direct view of the Taj. But best of all the service at the hotel was 5star. Also the tour guide supplied by the hotel Kirsore Gupta provided a living history. Would recommend him to anyone
